Our workouts are 1 hour long with experienced, fun and energetic coaches that emphasise safety first!

The constantly varied programming is put together in smart, fun and challenging workouts that can be scaled and modified to fit any ability level. We specialise in working with people of all ages and backgrounds looking to add strength, endurance balance, coordination, agility into their everyday life.

Come in for any class to see what CF Across is all about. Arrive a few minutes early to meet your coach and tour the gym! Workouts will be designed for ALL ability levels. Don’t be shy! Come on by.
